Qualifications:
With over 34 years of sales experience (McCormick Schilling Spice Company, Kimberly-Clarke, Knight-Ridder Newspaper Publishing, Commerce Clearing House, and JP Weigand & Sons, Inc.), Kim's knowledge in the area of  negotiations will serve you well, whether she represents you as your BUYER'S AGENT or your SELLER's AGENT, or BOTH.

As a Wichita native, Kimberly began buying and selling real estate at the age of 16, and progressed to being the JP Weigand Rookie of the Year her first year, and has continued to be a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and repeat qualifier for the Master's Circle, now in her SECOND DECADE with JPW.

This past Director of the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS also served as Chair of the Wichita RPAC (REALTORS Political Action Committee).  Her prior experience as Chair of the Wichita CPO #2 (Citizens Participation Organization, a political appointment made by the Wichita City Council) was a tremendous asset that greatly enhanced her effectiveness as a "working board member" representing her fellow REALTORS.

She has been active and served as past board member of the Downtown Lions Club, Kansas Make-A-Wish Foundation, Chair of the Site & Property Location Committee for Habitat for Humanity, past President of the First United Methodist Church United Methodist Women, and various other responsibilities at her church.

Kimberly, as Director of Education for JP Weigand, teaches the ProStart Courses to all new Weigand agents.   The Weigand's chose her for this important role because of her conservative approach to contract negotiations.  She has a reputation of "wearing both belt and suspenders", and the Company wants her to convey an understanding to their other agents of the importance of providing this comprehensive style of representation to their clients, whether BUYERS or SELLERS.
